Once a year, Discngine organizes a Meetup event to bring together experts from different fields in drug discovery, cover innovative subjects in life science and technology, trigger discussions, and learn from each other. We give participants the opportunity to connect with the Discngine community and network with like-minded peers in an interactive virtual atmosphere.

We are excited to announce that our third Discngine Meetup event is coming up this year in October! The topic of the event is "New Drug Modalities: Evolving Needs in Scientific Informatics.” While drug discovery and development are advancing beyond small molecules thanks to technological innovation and emerging new modalities – such as oligonucleotides, PROTACs, RNA drugs, and gene and cell therapies, researchers are faced with modality-specific scientific and technological challenges.

During the 3-hour agenda, we will explore the progressive evolution of scientific informatics capabilities designed to facilitate the discovery of new drug modalities. Additionally, we will discuss effective strategies and solutions to overcome unmet needs in this rapidly advancing field.
